Time for an update. The block is repaired and freshened up for the 2012 season. The new crank from Tim Wilkerson came in on Friday. I started getting it all organized to be put back together. 8)

The rear end has been taken apart, inspected. I repainted the housing, now everything is ready to be reassembled. :D

The Lenco has been taken apart and necessary parts ordered to have it ready to rock. :D

I can't remember if I mentioned the car was stripped to the bare chassis. It is out for powder coating and is supposed to be ready early next week. Then it will be time to reassemble, have Rock come over to buy my lunch and re-tag the chassis.

When it is put back together, everything on the car will have been serviced, inspected, cleaned and given the most attention that I can. We have bought a bunch of new and different parts that we hope will make us a serious contender in the funnycar wars here in the Midwest this season. 8)
