Changed out the relays responsible for activating the nitrous. Could have been a bad one? Maybe, maybe not, but I figured I'd change them just in case. We'll have to wait for this weekend to see. The final two races are this weekend, Saturday and Sunday. Sunday is also Nostalgia day, so no matter what, we'll be there.

Mike, you know way better at how your car is done than I.
Is is possible to by-pass the Hobbs switches and activate the fuel and NO2 solenoids for a 10-second load test before you hit the track? I am sure you have thought, and maybe already done that. If it comes on, but shuts right back down, I would look for a bad ground. Loose wire in the end, corrosion under the mounting area.
It is allowing something, solenoid or Hobbs switches, to get to hot and shut down, then when it cools it works for your lead/electrical path tests again. JMO

The way it was acting on our last race was the instant the brake was released, the nitrous came on for a milisecond then went off and never came on again. The timer went thru it's program but didn't turn anything on. The relay that is connected to the trans brake makes sure nothing is activated when it is on, then as soon as it is released, that relay turns on the first stage relay and so on. I suspect that the relay for the trans brake is going thru some kind of mid-life crisis and not doing what it's supposed to do.

If my aluminum belt driven hood scoop doesn't work I only need to look for a broken rubber band,,,saves a lot of time chasing wires and connections!
