What is all over that thing. Too dirty to be oil.
That is a FED with the motor exploding in the lights! He is covered with oil, and notice, he is so calm, he only pulled one chute!! 8)

Thought I would update on the dragster. Chassis ready, engine having machine work done, It's been a long while finding engine components. Here's what we have.
354 chrysler hemi block .030.
55 331 hemi heads w/ normal fuel stuff.
Engle HTR 280 roller cam. Manton pushrods.
Milodon 4bolt main cap
354 hemi crank by Velasco.
Ross coated fuel pistons
Brooks rods
Hot heads intake with bugcatcher.
Hopped up Spud Miller Vertex mag.
M/T valve covers
Moon timing cover
Donovan gear drive
Enderle 80A-1 pump / system flowed by Dave Koehler.
Titan rocker assy's
Dan Olsen ceramic coated zoomies.
Had the P/G reworked added J/W bellhousing w/ 3000stall TCI convertor.
Engine diaper
3.73 gears
New brakes
13x33 goodyears
Stef's alum oil pan w/new modified 340 pump.
Hopefully Leon can get to assembling the engine soon. We will start on 60% nitro and work up from there as soon as we get the P/G deal figured out. Things are coming together, finally! Thanks to all involved.
We are shooting for Eddyville, it may not be completely sorted out by then, but we'll be there!! Thanks Lippy. :D

Wow, you guys sure you're gonna need 55 of those heads? Seems like an awful lot to me, but I'm just a Chevy guy.
