Ihave plenty of time ... not much gas..... Ido have miller lites that normally woudn't be consumed untill the car was securely mounted on the trailer

stupid mee didn't call Don or check the track web site and headed over on this PERFECT DAY FOR RACING AND THE TRACK IS CLOSED DUE TO PROBLEMS WITH THE TIMING SYSTEM THAT WAS SPOSSED TO BEE FIXED BY THURSDAY !!!!!!!!!!

Man, that sucks!!!!

oh i'll bee allright, it's just that i am here all day everyday waiting for race day to get out of the 1 man shop after beating on plumbing vans and junk all week.. tomorrow we take dad's coupbe to the body guy for touchup and buffing.. a local show/swap meet coming up at riverport near where Wally stayed when he was in town at the ampitheater parking lot..i'll be busy all week again.. just wanted a break in the "action"....

ever notice on their full size trucks.....the TRD decals??....I have always thought they were pieces of $#!+ but did they have to advertise 'em as TuRDs???LOL

nope.. i never pay much attention to the trucks.... I like Mark Martin as a driver as do many folks, and if a Wallace brother is in the field i root for them also... I have been at the gateway track for truck practice,Busch car practice and Indy /champ cars etc on the fence going into turn 1.. fun? yes.. do i want to sit and watch a race? no...I had more fun watching a carbed bigblock chevy dig in the dirt out of the corners at Tri-city speedway in the early 70's latemodels than anything i can see at the gateway circletrtack..unless Danica finds her way to the grandstands,sits next to me and shares HER beer with me..

just hoping the weather don't mess us up this saturday....seems like rain has thrown the wrench into many programs over the last 2 weeks.. Ijust want to get out of here and hear some engines at full song..
