you gonna have that thing ready for eddyville, the ojc is lookin like a go, i'd like to run you if you're gonna be there ( good old chevy vs ford grudge match ) if i can figure out how to keep my stoopid car straigt. :shock:

sighhhhh......as much as it pains me to say......Eddyville ain't lookin' to promisin' for Pegasus Racin' to attend......Clyde ain't feelin' too sporty, Peggy ain't complete (but the motor is "almost" finished at the machine shop 8) ) and Patch needs some tLc as well.....and all of that spells a good chunk of $ bills that I ain't seemed to be able to pluck off'n that tree in the back yard :( ......

But rest assured....if'n I DID show up....I'd be plum proud to do a side-by-side smokey with ya!! :wink:

one of my neighbors was over this morning, he bought a 57 chevy post with a tilt front end, slapper bars, old school for sure, he wants me to tune a hesitation out of it next weekend. he was looking at my chevelle and said he bets that is the one he's been hearing ( he lives about 2 1/2 miles away if you follow the road, not sure about how far as the crow flies ) so i was amazed that he could hear it that far away, he says it's loud even at his house, i guess those big header were worth it huh. :D :D :D
