Thanks guys,.all this work has taken a toll on me,.
I am not feeling so well and my back is killin me,...

I am not sure what part, I was only told that it may have been in there
whaen Veney was running the 73/74 vega and ran the first 6 second pass
for a blown alky car,..im not sure. but if you see it id be grateful.

Im getting back in bed,..and its 102 outside

Vic the movie starts with venney runnin 200mph... Its the real swoopy vega..I didnt see a ramp truck.. maybe its in a diff movie .. i have a sh*t ton of them here I will go through them tonight and see if i can locate the shot for ya...

Yes, this movie was shot in 75, 76 or 77. Can't remember which, but all three are earlier than your car, which I believe debuted at the 74 Winters. bp

Vic, the closest i have came so far is .. The begining of Funnycar summer has a red vega making a pass and has a ramp truck in the bg.. I dont think its venney though..lol

feeling better now, but still a little flu feeling in the belly,..its 105 here in the columbia river gorge and it sucks,....

Shane, definatly not the Veneys Vega in that picture my car has no air dam,..and also I think the ramp truck is black, atlest the bed of it anyhow.

BP,...????? whats earlier than my car, it was the first,..and If I am not mistaken 1974 was the debut of the blower on veneys car which was the 1973/74 car they cut the flat nose off and put the 74 nose on it , then put the blower motor in it, and ran the first 6 90 something pass for a blown car,..1975 was the first year of the swoopy Veny Vega, 76 was the last, and the last of the Veney Vegas...
