Great report, Cat. Having a great time down here, Draglisters. Wish you all were here. Just got done totally taking over the hotel's breakfast area with a bunch of drag racers swapping stories. At least one young couple got their breakfast and slunk back to their room. Hey, I told 'em they were honorary members of the team, but I think our rough, leather jacket image scared 'em!

All are here and almost everyone brought a surprise of one kind or another. Will post photos as soon as we can. Taking the laptop to the track so that we all can check in periodically. I'll let our mystery guest check in here personally...

I would just like to take a moment and thank everyone for such a terrific weekend in Eddyville. You guys are definitely the finest folks around.
Gotcha Randy .. that was priceless!!!! You too Cat, Billy, Jim, Mike & Margie and Mikey, Gary & Cheryl, Jerry & Cheryl, Novel T. Norb & Bonnie, it was great meeting you and you have an awesome piece of history. Randy's crew are definitely a great bunch and Laura is fantastic.
There are no words to describe my time with Lippy, Trish, Brandon, Larry and Leon. It was so much fun talking tuneups and mixing fuel again.
bp, Denise, Jason & Em .. you guys rock.
If I've forgotten anyone I'm truly sorry .. but, it's late, it was super HOT today and I desperately need a shower.
Oh .. if'n any of you haven't figured it out .. I was the mystery guest!
OH THANK HEAVEN FOR DRAGLIST

Howdy, Folks. WildcatOne here. Sitting in the lobby of the Comfort Inn at Oskaloosa, IA with NovelT, Pro70Z and his missus, BP, Denise, Jason and Emily, Jerry and Cheryl and the Kansas Twister team. Bandit and Billy left way early to get to their destination. Barb has yet to make an appearance...my recollection of this weekend is going to take several posts to sort out because as it is now, as I'm sure it is for everybody who was there, it's like a kaliedoscope of images, experiences and thrills from Eddyville...when I'm settled back in at home, I'll list my thoughts. This weekend'll get talked up for quite a while, no doubt. I can't wait to see the pictures! Back in Houston late tomorrow...hope it went well at St. Louis this weekend, Doc! Cheers, WC1

Like Cat, I'm going to have to take some time to sort it all out. Will try to post some stuff tonight, but definitely will be able to take some time to post a lot later this week in Colorado. The track photographer got tons of shots, as did Al Booton and other members. Can't wait to see it all. Again, as Cat said, there were dozens and dozens of small vignettes that took place during the day as members met and parted and met again in smaller groups to share the experience. I am thrilled with how the day went and I think that sentiment was shared by all. bp
