Zappy did you ever check out the tours for the Vette plant? I would like to see that.

YES, we took the tour, found it interesting, & informative. As an employee I can get 10 people in free.
The Corvette Museum (right across the street) is $8.00 and was nice too. It has an old style (50's) malt shop inside we could do lunch at.

Both are only 10 min from our hotel.

We didn't go into the Corvette museum the day we were there, but we did go to the museum just down the street/across the road.

I don't remember the name, but it was within sight of the Corvette Museum I believe or very close. I have an outside shot but too close to see what the building looks like.
We were there shortly ( I 'hink just a few months) before they remodeled the Corvette museum & put that crater in the showroom.

Sharon and I went for dinner at Applebee's last night and talked to our waitress who is from KY. She lives near Bowling Green and told us to go to Shogun oriental in Bowling Green. She told us it is the best.
