In scanning the picture of the Jolly Green Giant II Corvette, I wonder if it ended up being the Marrs Boys BB/GS? It sure beres a strong resemblence even the use of Cragers all around, body year, etc....

Duke,

Marrs Vette was a built from a stock Vette by Mel and Walt Marrs by themselves.

I always wondered who bought the Vette after Walt moved to Oklahoma. It was really a beautiful car, especailly as it lauched, wheels up, polished Cragers sparkling, blown 396 Chevy wailing. The car was but one of about a dozen BB/GS cars that made up a local heads up circuit that existed from about 1968-1971 or 72.
