HI GUYS, i am not the driver nor the car owner.
i am the back bone and only full time member on this car.
i take care of evrything mechanical and safety wise, to make
sure the car is safe for garrett and the motor stays together.
i drive the transporter, set up and tear down camp and service the
bottom end in between rounds. in between races i pull the car
and motor apart and inspect, repair and replace any components
i feel will not be usable or could cause failures.
the car.....A/FUEL dragster running top alky dragster class
uyehara 300 inch chassis former mitch myers a/fuel and former
shelly anderson top fuel car.
motor ...BAE 421 ci nitro injected 4,000hp
clutch...4 disc lock up direct drive (no electronics)
weight...min. 2105 lbs
car holds nhra TAD e.t. record with 5.10 set at pomonas finals in 2004
limited on specific functions to tell...if you know what i mean

Well now that things are calmed down from this last weekends
div 6 race in woodburn oregon.....
it was hot just plain freaking hot...97 and track temp 150 at
one point. woodburns track was extremely tricky to get down
times were slow ,60 fts. were off, but we gave it everything we could.
we managed a #5 qaulifying spot with a 5.56, the #1
qaulifyer brandon johnson with a 5.49 so it was little tight going
into first round where we paired up against kim parker who
red lit giving us the win light. round #2 saw us running
brandon johnson who ran almost 2 tenths quicker than us
in the first round and #1 qaulifier.
we had dropped two wholes out about 300ft and brandon nudged
ahead of us by a half a car and took the win light ending our
day short, 5.76@243 to our losing 5.80@ 249.
so now we regroup and prepair for the schucks nationals up
in kent, washington and then the autolight nationals, and then
head east for a 5 race tour with three of them being national events.

these are from woodburn div 6 race...thanks guys....SLICK VIC
