Digging around - Wayne Gapp's 67 Cougar

Hello Drag List,
I'm curious if anyone has heard of the whereabouts of the 1967 Mercury Cougar that Wayne Gapp built?
I know the vehicle was purchased by John Skitmas. I believe that the car ended up down south.
I've included a few of pics from the beginning to the last picture that I have found of the car.
Any thoughts or help greatly appreciated.
