I'm sorry to hear this. Bob was defintely one of the very top runners in 70s BB/FC action and I loved following him in National Dragster. I know you were close, Wally. Sorry for your loss. bp

Sorry to hear this, he was a noted front-runner and a dear friend of Wally's. Rest in peace, Bob, and thanks for your great racing career.
This picture sent by Wally today speaks volumes, but it's the man he knew and loved. WC1

A big lost to our drag racing family. Bob was also a friend of mine that I met back in the
days of the Eastern Drag News "Top Dog" Meets in the early '60's where he was a
champion there too.

My mutual friend Walt Stevens told me that last night 7/13,the funeral home was packed....A beautiful gesture from friends of Chip.
