He was my son Nick (I mean Chris)'s hero up until this year when he got into rock 'n roll guitar. Steve Irwin ruled this house for 10 years...it's sad to lose him. Nick talked about it..."why do so many great people die so young?" Debby had a great answer for that. She said "In a lot of cases, people lead fantastic lives and achieve incredible things and die young, others live to be old and never do anything...not everybody, but that's how it goes in a lot of people..." I told Nick, he was an extreme guy. He was hanging it out over the edge all the time. It was an accident, but sooner or later fate would catch up with him and it did. I'm just very sorry. RIP Steve. You never knew how important you were to my son in his life. WC1

If half of the people on this earth were as dedicated to a purpose as this young man was can you imagine how different our world would be? I pale in comparison to his eagerness and energy even when I was his age. Dedicated, caring, humorous, where do you stop with the describing him. God bless Stevo we will miss you.
