Shaken, Not Stirred

Kosty Ivanof's Boston Shaker cars were some of the hardest running machines in the Northeast.

Hey! It's the late Kosty Ivanof and his beautiful green Boston Shaker making a nice smoky during the late afternoon qualifying session at the '74 Summernationals. This was the year that Al Segrini debuted in the ATI Black Magic Vega and beat Jungle Jim when Jungle made that now famous half track wheelie and shut off. Kosty always had nice cars and it would have been interesting to see how he would have done in today's corporate sponsorship wars. Perhaps teamed with Chuck Etchells? K-64
