John Force came into the Finals 26 points behind Gary Scelzi which proved to be too much for the 14-time Champion. John finished 3rd in the points.

Pro Stock Champ Andrew Hines qualified 2nd and got to the Final Round only to give it away to Ryan Schnitz after a red light.

Andrew Hines keeps the #1 after capturing the Pro Stock Bike Championship again.

Warren Johnson, Pro Stock's winningest driver and a six-time NHRA champion, finished out his "School's Out" season.

Super Stock John Calvert's SS/G '68 Mustang qualified 37th.

Alky Funny Car Dave Ray ran consistent times from qualifying through eliminations ... until the Final Round where he pulled a fat red light against Steve Gasparrelli.

Top Fuel Melanie Troxel qualified #2 with a 4.473 sec 329.83 mph pass. She then knocked off Foley, Lucas and Baca to get to the Final Round against her teammate Tony Schumacher. Damn ... red light! Great day none the less for Melanie.

Funny Car Jim Head's 4.822 sec 323.89 mph was good enough for the 15th qualifying position.

Top Fuel Clay Millican qualified 6th, beat Scott Kalitta in Round One but lost a tough Round Two to David Baca.

Greg Anderson is the Pro Stock Champ for the third consecutive year in a row.
