JR Todd in Friday night qualifying. Todd qualified in 6th place with a 4.586/321.19.
JR Todd went on to take the win for the event over Tony Schumacher in a great final round of racing, and a repeat of the finals in Denver!
Tony Schumacher qualified in the #1 position with a stellar 4.486 second ET pass on Friday night, a new track ET record for Infineon Raceway.
David Grubnic qualified in the #3 spot with a 4.554 @ 331.36 MPH, setting the track speed record for Infineon.

Brandon Bernstein qualified in the #2 spot and was taken out in the first round of eliminations by Dixon.

Cory McClenathan qualified in the #14 spot for the event.
Rod Fuller made it to the second round of eliminations where he was taken out by Doug Kalitta.
Doug Kalitta qualified in the #5 spot with a 4.582/326.48. Doug was eliminated in the semifinals by Schumacher.

Larry Dixon just about to haze the tires in Friday night qualifying.
Dixon was defeated in round two of eliminations by Hillary Will.
Hillary Will qualified in the #7 spot with a 4.597/322.27. She made it to the semifinals where she was defeated by JR Todd in a very close match.
