Road Warrior!

Several cars have been named the Road Warrior in drag racing, but the Cellone Bros. version has to be the quickest. The Road Warrior ran in the mid ‘80s out of Pennsylvania. The BAE powered Trans Am ran a best of 6.31, not far from the best of the era. Gary Cellone did the driving, while brother Jay did the tuning. The car was supported by the family bakery business. The Cellones later ran a fuel funny car before retiring from racing.
