Those who utter the old cliche, “A bad day racing is better than a good day working,” probably have never talked to Aussie funny car pilot Geoff Pratt.

Pratt was racing his AA/FC Charger at the famed Australian drag strip at Adelaide. Famous drag photographer David Cook caught the car burning out during the day and then shot the car after it burned to the ground at night. Pratt is seen being consoled by the track owner.
