Henk Vink: Rocket Man on Two Wheels!

Here are some pictures from the UK in 1985. This is the late Henk Vink on his 'Blue Stratos' rocket bike, appearing at the 'Virgin Transatlantic Drag Bike Race' which also featured the late Elmer Trett. Schurgers® Design built this rocket bike together with Sammy Miller. Always a massive hit wherever this bike appeared it, must qualify for one the all time great scary rides. Typical performances were in the low 6 second, 215mph range.
