Nostalgia Fuel Altereds in the UK

Peter Donaldson shot these photos at Shakespeare County Raceway near Stratford-Upon-Avon in England. The Nostalgia Fuel Altered Association, led by is Laurie Gatehouse, has been gaining popularity in Great Britain.

ob Gassup's "Extreme" blown alky Fiat got all four wheels off the ground on this wild wheels up run. The car is powered by a 465 ci Chevrolet.
Former funny car racer Tony Betts races the Hemi powered Venom 23 T. The car has been running as an AA/Fuel Altered as far back the 80s. Betts is the fastest NFAA at 6.70.
The Mob AA/FA has been around longer than any other altered in the NFAA. The car is now driven by Jim Usher and has run in the sixes. Ollie Burns tunes the car with tips from Dave Benjamin.
The fastest of the alcohol altereds is Clayton Round in the "Rebel T." Round is the defending NFAA champion and the first alky altered to run a six in the NFAA.
The leader of the NFAA, Laurie Gatehouse, owns the Chaos Fiat AA/FA. The Fiat is driven by John Wright, who used to race Top Fuel.
Joe Bond is trying to rip the slicks off the rims of his blown alcohol Fiat.
