Outlaw Top Sportsman: 2008 Top Ten

Chris Dollar of Wichita Falls, Texas, won the 2008 Outlaw Top Sportsman championship with the same car that Tommy Keeter used to win the 2007 championship. More than 30 teams competed for the 2008 OTS title and here are the top ten.
