EAST COAST DRAG TIMES HALL OF FAME ANNOUNCES 2011 INDUCTEES
The 10th Annual East Coast Drag Times Hall of Fame & Reunion will attract over 1,700 entries and nearly 40,000 performance enthusiasts to Henderson, NC, October 14, 15, 16, 2011. It's the largest antique/classic and nostalgia drag car event on the East Coast.
It’s where drag race legends from all over the country gather the 3rd weekend in October to reunite for the Hall of Fame induction. Planned and coordinated by Nancy Wilson, the induction ceremony honors drag race legends from the 50’s, 60’s, & 70’s.
Inductions take place on Sunday, October 16th at the Vance-Granville Civic Center (I 85 Exit 209) and is open to the public. There’s no admission fee and everyone is invited to attend.10:00 AM-12:30 PM: Drag cars displayed, scrapbook viewing, bench racing, autograph signing. 12:30 PM-3:00PM: Induction ceremony and presentation of awards with Bret Kepner as MC .3:00 PM-4:30 PM: Photo session and reception.
