Diesel Louie Force: Da New Champ!

We stop for dinner one night at the "Big Texan" steak house in Amarillo, Texas. They have (or had) a deal where if you could eat a 'complete' 72 oz. steak dinner in one hour, it was free. Over the years, I saw many try it and fail and also had seen some struggle but handle it. I can't remember who all was at our table among the Gene Beaver and Force clan but John's brother, Louie (AKA Round Louie or Diesel Louie) ordered the special dinner. 

He ate that thing (72 ounces is 4.5 lbs.) in an hour with ten minutes to spare. This would include a baked potato, beans, and a small dinner salad. A crowd had gathered and as they watched, Louie, as his brother does, always played to the crowd. He grabbed a family size bottle of red pepper sauce from the center of the table and drained it all in one swallow! And the crowd went wild!
