Green Mamba!

Doug Rose's Green Mamba is one of the greatest jet cars of all time. The car was built in the sixties and raced well into the eighties, with another 20 years of non-racing exhibitions tacked on for good measure! Eventually, Doug had to stop racing the car due to its mild steel chassis that no longer met safety specs. Rose continued to do car burndowns, though (chain a wreck to the back and fire up the afterburners!) The famous machine was stolen last year and was hacked up by a chop shop. Parts of it were found, but the future of the Green Mamba is uncertain at this time.
