Tillet's Hemi Hunter

Tom Tillet's Hemi Hunter Corvette was one of the last holdouts to run the Rodeck Chevrolet engine in funny car racing. Tillet's car featured some nifty custom made pieces that were required for the car to run. The Corvette had a 14-71 blower and an offset magneto that was engineered specifically for this machine. The Hemi Hunter TA/FC was a Northwest regular from the mid eighties into the nineties. Draglist files show that Tillet ran a best elapsed time of 6.70 seconds.
