ADRL Pro Extreme Motorcycle Battle of the Belts
By Danny and Gena White
The ADRL season went out with a big bang. The season ending Pro Extreme Motorcycle Battle of the Belts was a wild one at the Texas Motorplex. The nitrous powered cycles were fan favorites with their four-second passes. The eight-bike field was set at Rockingham. The eight points leaders were as follows.
1 1194 Coodee Thomas
2 1097 Bill Vose
3 1019 Jack Young
4 1009 Steve Drake
5 932 Scott Gray
6 774 Eddie Gonder Jr.
7 712 Charlie Prophit
Eddie Gonder Jr. did not attend the race at Ennis so the ladder was redone. This allowed Grist into the Battle of the Belts race. In the first round it would be Thomas facing Grist, Vose facing Jones, Young facing Prophit, and Drake facing Gray.
