Texas Back Half Outlaws Season Opener

We had a good turnout of cars for the 1st race of the season. We had 15 ready to come and play and have a good time. The crowd was ready for some racing action as well, also. Texas Raceway was just as ready for some Outlaw action and they had that track in perfect condition to accommodate anything coming their way. The weather was great!

Round 1:

Billy Hart (W) .071 Tha All New Ghost
Tony Malone .065 Awesome 67 Cougar

Michael Hollis (W) .074 Beautiful 10.5 Camaro
Mike Kelly .098 Good Looking Mustang

Michael got out there first on Mike and Mike was in it for all it was worth and tried to run him down when he ended up moving over to the wall and brought it back to the center of the lane.

Shawn Wilholt (Broke) Beautiful Red Deuce

Richie Price (W) .126 Great Looking Blue Camaro
LiL Fernando Ayala .053 New Baby Fly Luv Truck

LiL Fernando was out there first but he just couldn’t hold off that small tire Camaro.

Peggy James (W) .079 She Devil Camaro

Friends to the end here. She left him sitting still and all he could do was follow her back to the trailers.

Greg Green .029 New 67 Deuce

Greg was on his game and cut that head off but he couldn’t hold off that twin turbo.

Round 2:

This was a heckova race between these two! It was on all the way to the end of the track. Michael made Richie earn this one.

Peggy had some problems and her trans broke.

Marc was no way afraid of the X430 and this was a Race all the way to the end!

Billy Hart appeared to have problems on this one.The Ghost will be getting a little work done.

This was a true gentleman’s race….they both agreed to split the winnings and took it all out. Richie ends up in the winners circle for the good looking trophy from Texas Raceway!

Congrats to Richie on your win and Tom on your win also.Everyone was a winner tonight, no one went home empty handed.Thank you Texas Raceway for all your hard work and an awesome staff For making this a Great Season Opener.
