What's on the Jukebox?

Here's where we go to kick back after the races with our pals. Pour a tall one, punch a few buttons on the jukebox, and relax...

Will be on the road most of today so we're loading up the VW with tapes. So far we got ZZ Top, Santana, Steve Earle, Janis Joplin and a couple of Doobie Brothers tapes.

I'm hooked on the 50's and probably will be for a long time. It's great to be able to hear and understand every word in a song.

Found some neat stuff on the jukebox Friday night at the happy hour. Uriah Heep doing Stealin live... Stuck in the Middle with You by Stealer's Wheel. Roxanne by The Police. Buffalo Soldier by Bob Marley. Much more... I dropped ten bucks in the jukebox and everybody was listening to the BP Mix... bp

I also love the oldies (50s music) but the oldies station here doesn't play music from the 50s anymore. They do from the mid-60s to the mid-80s...can't find any 50s music on the radio in Houston anymore...50s hits are no longer a marketable commodity in media according to their calculations. Too bad, because in my opinion it's the best. Cheers, WC1

That is the same thing that happened around here, which helped me with my decision to get the XM Satellite radio while we are traveling in the motorhome.
