Ok folks, just a FYI.
(1)The tower is no bigger than your living room. No suites here, I'm talkin old school.

(2) Also it does get VERY hot in KY. this time of year.

(3) This is a huge nostalgia event - lots of displays in the pits - a huge car show too.

(4) Yes Wheelz Sat is the day for the track - Sat night they do the big cackle. ( Multiple cars all at once )

(5) Fri night is the free hall of fame induction ceremony at the host hotel, lots of drag history - afterword they cackle a AA/FD in the hotel lot.
The guys will like this, the gals........... may prefer shopping ?

(PS) LL & I are doing the "lost river Tour" also. Jack & Boyd, what day you wanna do it ?

as far as the track is concerned, A gathering place with shade. That was the problem when we were at Cordova. Never saw each other. Unless it was in the stands.

Part 2 That reminds me, the stands, on both sides of the track are covered. (shade, but still hot )

We learned today that our travel medical insurance has gone up over 300% We're going to look for another provider . This could really affect any of our USA holidays

OVER 300% !!! That's crazy. I hope you can get this fixed. LL & I are lookin forward to seeing you two in June.

Canadian dollar has dropped even more. One CDN dollar would = .67. Flights will cost more to Nashville also. It's looking unlikely that we will come this year.
