Bill thanks,.. Every thing I put on this car is a surprise,.lol...surprised it Fit..!!!!
But seriously I dont have a actual design as yet, a few choice colors in mind yes, and somewhat of how I want it, but nothing is on paper with
this car as yet. Dave Thwaites is showing an interest in designing the paint scheme and T-shirts and also Al Meadows may have something up his sleeve too,.....I am thinking some white, Red, Blue, Black, and yellow in there..???? not sure yet.....
So yesterday I pulled all the Blower top end stuff off my motor and began fitting the A/fuel intake manifold into position, I have 10 bolt heads ( which means there are 5 intake manifold studs on each cylinder head) so as it went it went on very tight, too tight like this thing dont fit, I ponderd a moment and thought to my self, well the heads are not torqued down all the way and the inner head bolts are not either, so I get the heads torqued down and the inner bolts to 65lb and the intake is just that little more off, and I am thinking *%$#&^$%^ SON OF *@%$# gosh damn fricken *%&^$#_#%$&^ ,...You get my drift,.Totally pissed,..it dont go down at all,..So I set the intake aside and start pulling out intake studs one by one untill it goes on,..lmao three intake studs seem to work, and the intake sets pretty damn good on the motor and heads, but it requires all the studs in the heads for this to seal up properly and by looking at the other stud/s holes threw to the heads, the intake is tweaked and had been re drilled and sleeved for something else or wider spread/ stagger on the stud holes..?? So on top of that, my Crower 8 port requires the Small hat to large opening adapter that enderle makes and I purchased that threw Good Vibrations, so I go to put the adapter plate on top of the intake manifold mounting studs and the studs that come up threw the intake are threaded at a slight angle and or where taped crooked, No Beuno ,..removed a stud the Crower Hercules went on ok,.. so at this point I have decided That this Intake manifold will not work on my motor but I set it all up there to get an idea of what I wanted and OH MY GOD,..BAD ASS, it all just screams MONSTER AND WICKED MEAN,...!!!!! Arggghhhhhhhh

So now onto the Enderle stack Injection Unit,....the Chrysler 426 intakes are a 16 bolt manifold so that means 8 Intake bolts on each side, again my heads have 5 bolts on each side, we knew this no big deal the factory holes can be welded up on the Enderle Intake and the new holes drilled for my heads, No problem,.!!! seriously that is the easy part,..the bigger issue is What I ran in to with the intake runners on the Intake manifold,..apparently the intake runners on one end one side and on opposite side opposite end are spaced out/ or wider than my big ol billet Brad fuel heads,..It makes no sense at all, I can see my intake ports on my heads being way to wide, but the Intake,.???, for a stock factory cylinder head..????? I marked all my widths and stud locations and it looks like a set of spacers may need to be fabricated and made to work with my heads, again another bad ass looking deal coming alive right here hope the stacks work out Yet the A/fuel intake and Crower Hercules would be even cooler for more more more air and fuel,..........
