There was something in each of those three guys...Cowardly Lion, Scarecrow, and Tin Man that I understood and could relate to...heck, I only saw that movie a couple of times until I was well into my 30s and I bought a VCR at Sears. I got like 7 movies for my boy Kyle, and that was one of them...yesterday was Kyle's 22nd birthday, and he's in Pennsylvania right now, headed to New York, Bahst'n, Maine...his mom is taking him and Nick to visit all her family up theah. But I digress. These heavy metal bands nowadays wear costumes and masks, and Slipknot (from Des Moines), Kyle's favorite band, has dudes in it that remind me of those guys...I wouldn't tell him that, though...anyway, Kyle dug the heck outta that movie, and me and him must have watched it a hundred times by the time he was 6...will miracles never cease? Move to Kansas, Bandito! WC1

I just thought about something. Sometimes that's good. What I thought is, if you guys DO decide to put a hemi in the Twister, depending on if you sit a blower on top of it, or if it will be injected (?)...wouldn't a spoiler plate up front and/or (if?) pods in front of the slicks be in order? This is easy for me to say...but what I'm thinking is that a hemi powerplant is gonna shoot that thing down the track like a bullet and that stuff'd help keep it on the ground and pointed straight ahead...is this a pipe (rack) dream, or am I thinking in the right direction? Cheers, WC1

Lippy PM'd me with his post about their plans for a hemi...it kept getting forbidden by the cow when he tried to post it. Let's see if it works this way...Cheers, WC1

Wc, I was trying to tell you that we are planning on a stack injected alum hemi on 80-90% nitro, a clutch and a floater rear. twin chutes also. I try to type that and post it, and I get that FORBIDDEN deal comes up every time. Is there something in the wording of this message the cow does'nt like? Weird.

Beats me. The cow, like the wizard, works in mysterious ways... I still have a task to look for a better spell checker. bp
