:D just to burn up some space :roll: ... John the Plumber wants to make a road trip with his tag-camper to the division finals at INDY along with us.. bringing his 1-man music show and working the BBQ pit and hanging out with us !! He has never been to a dragstrip in his life :shock: yes he has seen all the pictures and has listened to me ramble on about it for years but he is more a boat guy on the Lake of the Ozarks, float trips/fishing type.. I played all of the video clips and showed him all the new pics from Eddyville and his eyes lit up and he said " MAN IT LOOKS LIKE YOU PEOPLE HAVE A GREAT TIME DOING WHAT YOU DO !! " I said yea ... they all had a great time :oops: ... Ididn't go..... :evil: but the trip to INDY will be close !!...

:lol: yep Billy.... no nitro at the bracket finals tho.. maybe this fall when the Danny Miller Chi Town Brown driven car tests i will will bring JTP to Gateway for that deal..... he sure was impressed watching Rapid's runs on the videos..... 8)

:shock: :shock: Wait, do I smell nostalgia floppers in the air?????? Why yes I do. It's the "Flyin' Doctor" sponsored by JTP, Weber grills, Campbell PorkN'Beans, The Piglet Store and Draglist coming to the line. Accompanying him is the faithful shop cat and his pit crew. The crew consists of 12 Hooter's girls to polish the car and assist Dr. Jim in his prerace needs. Folks, this is gonna be BIG! 8) :D :D :D :D

:lol: yea don't i wish ! ^^^ just a quick update..... we go into next saturday # 3 in points with 3 races remaining in street et class. Ijust talked to Don on the phone... the plan is to just consentrate on the street class and not waste anymore entry in pro/et class..... good call and i agree. Ijust wan't to go to INDY !!! heck last year our street guy won and wen't to Pomona !! how cool would that be !! another tidbit from Don....He wanted satelite TV in his raceshop so he bought the hardware ( disc, wires etc.. as the house is full of recievers and separete from the shop ) he mounted the disk, ran the cable into the shop and it did not work ... he thought that 2 of his 80ft tall pine tress were blocking the sgnal ? so he cut them down !! no difference !! the tech came out with his meters and said this NEW RECIEVER IS JUNK !!!! now Don has 2 80ft pine trees to cut up and dispose off that were never the problem :lol: not funny to Don !!
