So how would we route the exhuast ?It would have to be near the bottem of the down stroke .Also would we keep it water cooled? The more i think on it ,it may be doable..

well if its only going to run about 1 minute I think we could get away without (cooling ) kind of like the big nitro motors and have no cooling ( as the fuel does this anyways ) and for exaust you can do it like a detroit with ports at the bottom and valves at the top , or cross scavange it like a lawnmower and have both set of ports on the bottom of the cylinder and control the timing with the piston , but the problem there is the hump in the piston( need to dirrect the fresh air in an scavange the cylinder ) might screw up the burn on the nitro since its not a true dome and the one book from sae says is it is only 65 % efficent ( can someone get the waiter to bring me another caraffe of expresso please??)I was doodling a dry block with the airbox on the bottom with valves at the top I think it would work and inject the fuel mixture right into the port windows in the airbox this also would make the air box service windows as blast plate incase of a burp .

I'll get on the task of inventing an air box service window diaper.

if cooling isnt an issue ,why not use the water jackets for the hot gasses .cutting a hole into the bottem of the liner and using a reed still intake valve would cause a vuccum right?

my skills are limited in spelling....

I'm kinda thinking that Dyno room's gonna need an extra piece of plexiglass over the window.   A real thick one.
Also, the engine will be behind the driver..............won't it?  If this were to be run as a N/A nitro engine, or A/fuel lets say, if that thing ever, as you say, BURPED Stimpy,.............the clean up crew would be busy for days. But with The Good Lords help, and the Stars all lined up on the right day, and the Nitro Gods smiled on us for just a minute,..................Well, lets just say you better have your video camera with you, cause the folks back home ain't gonna believe it!!!

well I actually rented the vault at fort knox for the dyno room , I hope it will hold together( the vault that is. .) and nope front engine .. couple pages back marc was whining about usin randy as a guin... ahem test dum.... ahem pilot  , and either way if this thing hold together and makes a pass or burps alot of people are gonna say some rather beeped out words . when it fires up Ill be behind the beer truck taking cover ..

as for the reed valves no need as the supercharger will supply the intake and positve scavange the cylinder and you want strength around the cylinder so it don't wiggle so solid block would be better and with the rules we have to use a forged block ( or atleast try to comply as I don't think any racing association would let us near the track to test out a buzzbomb like this in reality ) and the exaust gases will heat up the cylinder and may cause a seizure , If I don't have one first for my brain is melting down .. lippy can you get me some liquid nitrogen? my brains about to go critical ..

flexable driveshaft from a weedwacker so if we blow a driveline we can go to the local big box store for a driveshaft and a modified clutch fromA cub cadet ( heh heh )

The only problem I see is, if it's a piston port, like a model airplane engine, or a motorcycle, a blower may be a problem if it sneezes, it wouldn't hurt the engine I don't think, but the blower would be full of fuel just like a normal engine, KABOOM! Pop off valves instead of burst panel, this thing would be a cold blooded rascal I bet. A piston port would mean flat heads, flat top pistons, plugs in the center like a hemi, 2 plugs per cyl?? Intake manifold would be in same spot, but intake ports and short amount of runners in block. Then manifold could bolt flat on top, or blower bolt right to block, cause heads would not have intake or exhaust ports in them, heads would be indestructible. Intake or blower could bolt down like a flathead ford. Drive the mag's and fuel pump off the crank?? It may have to have an oil pan as thick as the block, cause of blow by pressurizing the pan. WOW, on 90%, what an animal!! RPM out the Kazoo!!   But depending on the porting, could be a peaky rascal too. Like no power under 8,000 or so. Then it comes on and goes NUTS. 8) 8)
