You cannot use them with Nitro. They do work well for gas and Alky but I personally don't think they should be used in a Forced induction application. I have never used them in that particular application and if anyone else has I would like to know how well ring grooves hold up and how long the rings last. The hone pattern is the same. Some guys like to use a cork stone in final hone to knock down the plateau. Use no oil on the rings during assembly. Just on the skirts
