Well, we are getting parts in every day for the dragster. We got a JW bell for the trans, having more clutches put in the trans, and jacking the pump press up a bit. We got the block, it's at the machine shop. Got our hot heads manifold, and new spacer plates. Ordered some 3.73 gears for the rear. We will begin at 60%. :D

Hi Vic, I think so, Perry Green has one that needs repair, a Stef's, have to wait and see. Gettin close to funnycar time eh Vic? :D

Ok, everyone is updating and building, heres an update on our deal. The 392 block we bought and shipped across the U.S. was junk. So we found a 354 block, a good one. It will be bored .030. I looked and looked for a crank, to no avail, 3-4 mo wait and $3000. Can't wait that long. So sent the crank to Velasco for the treatment. We will use Venolia rods and pistons. Engle roller cam and lifters. We have a J/W bell for the trans and it is being re-worked. The eng has been fitted to the chassis and mounts built. It will have Titan rocker assy's and the heads will be fitted with bigger exhaust valves. A vertex mag will make the fire and a set of Dan Olsen ceramic coated zoomies will get the fumes out. We will run a bug catcher on a hotheads manifold with injection work by Dave Koehler. A 3.73 gear will be installed also. We plan on 50% nitro to start. Also, thanks to Perry Green for the Stef's oil pan!! Hope we are done for Cordova and Eddyville, that's the plan. Leon will tune, and tech advisor is Gene Adams. That's all for now, can't wait to put the hammer down on this thing!! Lippy :D

Gary, make sure and get a shot of me before I run, so I can see what color my suit was. LOL. :lol: The old chryslers have a habit of slinging a little oil. :lol:
