Billy Mac, it has also been known to make some timming cones a tad nervous also!!

Vic, yeah we have run it that way for a couple of years now. I figure if I hit something that tears it off,,,that will be the least of my worries anyway.

Took three hits and some serious changes in what "It SHOULD Like."

The new Nitro Madness is going to be a player!! The laziest weak suck tune-up in the land, resulted in a 4.24 using all the slippery lane available!!

Track temp was 135-degrees,,,and lets play nice and say it was less than good traction available!

About 1/2 track she started to mutter something to me. I said, "Look here baby, I am driving and IF you think I am taking my foot off your throat until sometime past the finish line,,,you are sadly mistaken. Now get on down thru here and show these people what you are made of!" I guess she believed me, as even though we took up a bunch of track surface, we skated across the finish line without getting any cones. It was nip and tuck for the finish line cones though!

I didn't think it would be anything too great, probably a 4.55-4.70-ish with all that driving around. I was astounded when I saw the time slip.

Anybody care to guess at the 60-foot on that run???? The normal in the last 2-years was 1.05-1.08, we ended up with a 1.01 and a 1.02 late last year. The third pass on this car it went .996 to the 60-foot timers!!

Yeah, I am pretty pleased with my guys, Scott's fab skills and our new Hot Rod!! 8)

Congrats Randy. Sounds like you'll have a bad hotrod. No mention, so I'll assume the brakes worked fine. 8)

I told him it would be the caahs first 1/4 mile pass, so who knowz' how it will run? Sounds to me like You'll have some surprises up yer' sleeve. 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)
