Doing a little rememberence today of John Sealock, a DC area drag racing fixture for over 40 years who died around this time last year.
John raced stockers to Pro-Mods,held a US patent for alky fuel system valve and was in later years a street tuner extraodinare running a dyno facility at his home .

He held a fuel system valve patent? Was it like the Inky Valve that a Aussie makes that worked off a unused second magneto?

He designed a fuel shut off valve that was primarily for alky pulling trucks that he was into at the time but had drag application as well. Not sure of the particulars but I think it had something to do with enhancing fuel aeration.
