I've been messin' around with TIG weldin' aluminum and I think today is the day I weld the hinges together.
This last week I had to tear down a real estate billboard on 47, and since I was fairly close to Yorkville I headed up to O'Mally's welding and picked up a 1" stick of stainless round stock to make "rust free' pins.

This is a rare day off, so I'm off to the camaro shop to take advantage of it.
See ya'z later.

BTW: Cheryl said boy you got a lot of time in those hinges. I started on them last winter.

Well by the time I went for a new breaker for the welder  and a few other derailments, I did at least get the bases welded to the hinges. Welds aren't real purdy', but they are stuck together. Welds get covered up Ann E. Way. shhhhh don't tell Ann E. Body.
