Started mocking up the dash tonight. The "AC" unit doesn't fit completely under the dash, but I think I have a plan.

Looks great Gary! Those welds look great I think. Should be able to hide that cooler ok in there. 8) Put a big fake DVD player over it. :lol:
If you think it's exciting now, wait till we start it.

Well call me a hack but I did a JB weld patch on the P.U. intake. The anti-freeze as been leakin' for awhile now and the aluminum intake was pitted purdy' bad by the left front water passage. So, I filled it in with JB. weld. I don't plan to keep this truck too much longer, so if this works. COOL.

While I was waitin' for the JB weld to set up I thought I'd push the "Z" outside since it's a fairly decent day to give the shop a quick clean-up. I couldn't leave it out there without takin' a few pics.
