good write up Eric - the link to the text is fine - I don't see any reason to copy all of that over here

Well, I figure it is high time that I get around to posting an update…

The 2008 Heritage Race at Cordova is the first event for the Nitemare team as we had transporter problems that kept us home for the Indy event…

We arrived at the track late morning on Friday and starting setting up the pit area, this took a bit of getting used to as Dan & Joanie have a new trailer and we don’t have everything in its place yet. Hopefully after another event or two everything will have a place and everything will be in it’s place.

Thanks guys...

Between the Iowa weather, 2 daughters in 3 different softball leagues, and the Top Fuel car....my time is short. I had originally planned to get the car out today but we had an all-day tournament (I just got home) today and another tomorrow.

Maybe the weekend of July 12...

Thursday night I headed over to Dan & Joanie's to help finish up the new fuel injection system on the Top Fuel car and start loading the trailer.

Friday Tiffany and I loaded up my tools and equipment and headed down to the shop in Montezuma to work on the Hot Rod. Our Crew Guy Chad was waiting for us when we got there and helped me get the 1956 out of the trailer so we could get some work done on it.

I installed the -8 main nitrous feed line and the nitrous filter, then measured for the -6 line that will run up to the distribution block.
