Three young men I went to high school with, one I grew up with down the street, lost their lives over the 4th of July holiday... Unfortunately, I haven't talked to him in years....

Only one was a mere acquaitant, the other 2, I only remember seeing around high school, when I actually went.

I may have a stone heart, but it's not effecting me. It's just a really, really sad story and way to end their young lives.

It just saddens me that their true friends and family have to deal with their loss.

I know what you mean Heather... my graduating class of 1975 lost 3 classmates from our school.. i knew them but was not close friends with any of them.. none of the accidents that took their lives involved fast cars, hot rods etc.. just accidents... wrong place at the wrong time...... so sad
