I had seen Bob Tasca Sr. many times before with the Lawton-Leahy-Tasca Race Team at the drags but never met him. That all change now last year at the York Musclecar Nostalgia Show that Darwin Doll produces every year. Last year it feature Ford Race cars and Mr. Tasca was honored there. I not only met him but he signed my Jack Redd Foundation Banner that was actioned off at the Old Dominion Dragway 55-year Reunion last year. It was a pleasure talking to him. He was a pioneer for Ford and Ford Racing. Like Elvis, he will not be forgotten.
