I beg to differ, Flyin'.....but Eddie Rogers is a metal building builder here in Cairo.....Also has a Really(REALLY) nice '94 Limited Street Camaro (ORSCA Outlaw Limited Street)....."Should" run mid 4.80's when he gets the bugs ironed out of it.....(brand new car....brand new motor...BIG inch SBC with Fuel injection and a "dry" pair of systems...)

all we have in the GATOR GUMBO/ John the Plumber 84 cutlass is an 8.2 10-bolt 4.10 gear minispool with c-clip eliminators.28 inch x 9 x15 tire. total investment less than $500.00.... 5th season on it running 2 classes averaging 10 passes every saturday... granted the small block olds motor is not a giant killer but mid 12's @105 and goes rounds with no maintenence all metal and power windows.. 2 slip on mufflers and rear street tires and it could go to church on Sunday... the owners son says put a plate system on it..... I say no because then it will break...not my car but lookin out for my buddy...

"Fast" is fun, Doc.....but "Consistent" (and low maintenence) can be Profitable

A $99.00 Converter and it's holding up in a 12 second car?

I gotta get me one of those. :)
What kind of converter do you have Jim?
