The Illinois Patrol and Solid Rock funny cars are headed back to school this April. They will be on display April 4 at the Fox Valley Career Center in Maple Park, IL. and again on April 14 at Larkin High School in Elgin, IL.
Sgt. Mike Johnstone and Rocky Ausec will be talking to the students about safe driving, the importance of education, and career opportunities in the hot rodding industry.

We took the chassis to Chicagoland Speedway today for the NHRA certification. I was pleasantly surprised by how quicky we got through there.

I went out there yesterday to lend Sgt. Mike Johnstone a hand with his Illinos Patrol Doge Omni funny car. It was good to get out and do and see some of the many cars that were there for inspection.
I got to see the great Animal Jim in action both days and yesterday had pro70z28 and his son Jeff loin us for lunch. It was a fun day.
