Thats cool. I don't know him other than the internet, but he seems like a cool guy. Sorry he lost the X-balm deal.

Good luck running the car. :D

well guys i know it's been a while since i have been on here, but we have been hard at work! i have got a lot of exciting news to share with y'all so i might as well get with it!

first off, dad bought himself a new car! this guy called right b4 Christmas and asked dad if he would be interested, so we made the 1.5 hr trip and took a look. when he asked me what i thought, i told him he would be stupid to pass it up!

it's a 1970 nova body that is all glass. it's brand new and has never been mounted to the chassis. we got the rest of the glass too, doors, hood, deck lid, one piece front end etc. we also got the dual master cylinder, 2 'chutes, wiring harness and switch panel, the rear end is a 9" ford with a strange aluminum center section, 33 spline strange axles, strange struts on the front, well y'all get the idea! it's got a f/car cage in it, and was nhra certified in '01. basically it just need put back together and some time! here's some pictures:

OK here's the deal though, dad doesnt like novas! so we put all the glass on rj and sold it, and we are gonna transform it into a '68 camaro, just change the glass pieces!

i also have an update on my car, we took it Saturday to get tin put in it! we painted the chassis all up and it's on it's way to being a real drag car! I'm pretty excited about it! here are some pictures of that one! (keep in mind we pretty much did everything ourselves!)

The car looks good.
Is there enough clearance to get that distributor out?
