New here, 350 not running right

New here I have a 1960 Corvette not much stock. It's a 350, Brodix heads and intake, MSD 6AL, Blaster2 and Pro Billet mech tach drive dist. 750 double pumper. Rev chip is 7000. The problem is just not running right from 4000 rpm , sounds like it is hitting rev limiter but rpm's still will climb just sounds bad. I have Accell 8.8mm Silicone Plus grafhite wires. After resetting timing [ 10* btdc hookup vacuum and have 34* advance ] setting idle, rev motor and get a good shock off of plug wires. I shouldn't get a shock [ like grabbing a plug wire ] from touching the side of the wire  . Plug wires are at lease 3 years old.
Any ideas will be appreciated.

Thanks Jack
