Does anybody have information on where I can contact Mr. Buddy Garner in Lovington, NM? I sent a banner to him to sign after he agreed to do so and it has not found it's way home yet. The Garners are well know around SE New Mexico. Back in the Dick Harrell days they had Fords and well you know how that went. I remember Vernon and Buddy but that has been too many years.
