Jim West and I were looking at old pictures last night, and I got him to let me take this one home and scan it. I don't know who took it, but it is his picture, so he's the owner.

Thought Draglist readers would enjoy it as a "picture for the day."

As a former fire burnout artist of some degree, I would have been long gone by now. Don't know if something was wrong, and he couldn't remember. Appears to be header flame, but injectors are closed. That aluminum seat is plenty hot about now. Well we know he lived through it anyway.
