Scott Palmer Sets the Record at Ozark

This is Scott Palmer doing a burnout at Ozark International Raceway, Rogersville, Missouri, in July of 2000. Scott set a new track record at OIR last year with a 3.894 at 189.85 on the eighth mile. As you know, Scott runs a limited NHRA schedule and made it to a couple semi-finals last year. Look for Scott to do even better this year with a new powerplant in the car.
