This was taken at Capitol in 1970. I recall Bob Plumer mentioning the Bob Banning car in an accident at the Nationals that year. Evidently, from the primered condition of the front-end, this photo was taken after the Nats. Bob Banning was a real local favorite who had Super Stocks, Pro Stocks, and Funny Cars.
